To boost the nutrients in baked goods like muffins and pancakes, I grind seeds to a powder and throw a few tablespoons into each recipe. It doesn't impact flavor and no one notices. I usually use chia, flax, sunflower, and pumpkin. Sometimes I'll also add ground nuts.

Love this video! I may take some of these ideas and do similar for when i know im going to be rushing round. We love porridge here and my kids like baked beans and crumpets from the supermarket but im stopping buying them so will need to have stuff prepared. I think pancakes and savoury muffins will work here and then we also have things like porridge , breakfast crumble, granola and overnight oats. Id like to see videos on what you make when you've been side tracked, some days i start cleaning and get carried away and forget to thaw meat or to start bread etc. my go to is pasta passata mince onions garlic basil and cheese

@@foofookachoo1136 it's a layer of frozen berries (could use fresh) then a layer of oats mixed with equal amounts flour and a good amount of butter to bind it you can add sugar but I prefer not to give my kids sugar at 5am 😂 You then bake it until golden brown about 20 minutes
