This is a nice video... I'm from South Africa and we don't have thrift stores... watching thrifting videos become an addiction... 😂 But that white vintage dress with the picture on it... you can just add a big pocket in front of the dress to hide the picture... I cannot wait to see the dresses you're going to make...

Kids clothes are relatively cheap to buy and they grow out of them so fast, I concluded taking the time to sew garments wasn't worth it. Home decor - yes. Much easier and saves a ton of money.

Wow! That image of Our Lord is the Road to Emmaus story after the Resurrection when the Lord appears to two disciples on the road and is explaining the scriptures concerning his crucifixion and resurrection to them. I have the same one! It’s one of my absolute favorites.

I was just going to comment that's what that painting reminded me of! I love that story. My favorite part is at the end: "When he was at the table with them, he took bread, gave thanks, broke it and began to give it to them. 31 Then their eyes were opened and they recognized him, and he disappeared from their sight. 32 They asked each other, “Were not our hearts burning within us while he talked with us on the road and opened the Scriptures to us?”
