Being on a 15.7.1 XS, it seems on 18.0 a bit slow when charging menus or animations.. i had a 6S from iOS 9 to 15, each year it was slowing more until its death in iOS 15..

I downloaded the 17.7 and it’s so smooth that I don’t wanna mess with those not so optimized versions for months :/

@@amazingperson9604 I meant that the animations of the UI are smooth and non-jittery in 17.7b My spare XS Max has never felt so smooth in a long while!

Best suggestion right at the end when you recommended waiting until 18.3 as I suspect the older devices will struggle too much yet that will likely get better with later versions of 18.
