Yes it does that. Unlike some of the competitors, there isn’t a way to override it either (that I’m aware of anyway).

@@ThatMarkGilroy So, to be clear, there is always a delay when using this to wake unlike the Nuphy air 75 vs 2? I've been looking at the lite but a delayed wake from sleep would be super annoying.

Are the keycaps on the grey version lighter than the base? In video they look like a lighter cream color but I'm not sure if thats just the lighting or not verses how they appear in person.

@TruthAdv I think the keycaps are PBT dye sub so probably not - they’re much more resistant to yellowing of any kind.
