One of my highlights this year was rediscovering my independence. I spent so many years trauma bonded to someone I thought I couldn’t succeed without until I was forced to stand up on my own. I was unintentionally given back my power and confidence by being neglected and me deciding enough was enough. A whole bunch of bad stuff happened to me immediately after the ‘drop’ and I landed in a dark place for like 2 months and then in the third month good things started happening. It was at that point I was like…wait a second, I can do this. I AM DOING THIS!! Anyways, I say all of that to say, some things that hurt like hell can be a blessing in disguise. So push through it. Don’t give up on yourself. In your dark little corner nothing will seem beautiful or worthwhile but when you finally step out of that corner….. 😊✨✨✨
