The last video was the log cars being shoved into the Bovine Fiber yard-this video is their arrival starting with Herman and finally the Cn as it went through Summit /Tama Siding Southbound.

This was an interesting video, Nancy. The Canadian National's L'Anse Local came down L'Anse Hill to L'Anse, Michigan with a tank car and some high-stake pulpwood flat cars. I presume the crew left the high0stake pulpwood flat cars in the L'Anse rail yard since those cars were not on the train that went back up L'Anse Hill after the crew switched the Koppers plant in L'Anse. It would be inserting to see how the crew is going to put those empty pulpwood flat cars into the Fiber Yard since the switch at the Fiber Yard is set up for a shoving move.

The pulp cars were dropped off on the way Southbound-which was in my last video-it was a long one so I made it seperate. I am anticipating the loaded cars leaving tomorrow.

...Great work Nancy! Do bring a fishing pole along? You could throw in a line while waiting...
@nancyhaun3 ай бұрын
Not a bad idea -I thought about a fishing magnet-see what's down there while I'm waiting!

The noise seems to be brake shoes , if it was bearings they would have got a hot box warning probably on the main line or yard , the cars also make a lot of noise empty, great video.

I love your videos. If I could ask one thing, the 30 seconds of silence at the start of the video; We wait and wait to set volumn levels. Each video on youtube is a different volumn. Please consider saying hello or something at the start of the video so listeners can set the volume level. Thanks for your time. See you track side.

Hey Nancy, pretty cool but just the way I like it. I will have to mow grass tomorrow and the little tiny Black Flies are out down here under the bridge. I was thinking about you said you's didn't have so many mosquitoes last summer. Down here we had a little bit of a drought early on. Nothing major but it knocked the little Black Flies and Mosquitoes down. Then starting around late June it rained a lot and we had Mosquitoes again, large ones at first then those little ones I think they call the Tiger Mosquitoes. They lasted until November. OK, many cars swapping in and out, nice to see them busy. Thank you and let's hope for fewer flies & Mosquitoes this year. ben/ under the bridge eh.
