38' deep and fish filled, they stock with trout. That number is probably low. I am on Drews Lake and the 39' there is not accurate. State data done back in the 1950's and low. Been out with depth finder fishing gear and way deeper. 😀

How big is the lot? Is it a town maintained road or road assoc. ? HOA?

No HOA. The road is well maintained by the homeowners on the short dead end dirt road. It's kept open and accessible year round as most of the homeowners live here full time. No worries about getting home or getting to work on time! The neighbor right next door does a lot of the snowplowing as do several others with plows and tractor driven snowblowers. We sometimes give a donation voluntarily to help them out with gas money. This place is only about a 10th of a mile off the town maintained paved Timoney Lake Rd/Ridge Rd.

It's actually two lots. The original lot is 100' x 100' with 100' of lake frontage. Behind that is another approximately 100' x 70' deep to Calvin Lane that the homeowners (my wife and I) purchased in order to place the new leach field in 2016. There's also a new 1000 gallon concrete septic tank with hardwired pump and high level alarm that was installed at the same time. Total area is 100' x 170' +/-.

Nope! Take the kids tubing, water skiing or troll slow and fish for your dinner. Not crowded... Not an hour from Boston has a lot to do with keeping things the way life should be.
