The view from the deck is awesome, it will be spectacular this winter when it snows. This part of VA and NC is gorgeous. Both our sons went to Liberty U and my sales territory included Va n NC so I traveled this area considerably. Beautiful house glad I discovered your channel.

You replied to my comment last week asking for a house tour and here it is! Thanks so much for sharing you guys wonderful life and dream home/property. It's amazing to see how it all came together and the absolute quality you ended up with inside and out. Can't wait to see what else is in store for the future. I have been looking to buy 100-200+acres somewhere and start something similar, just have been keeping an eye out and trying to decide which state to end up in (East Coast preferred as I am in Florida so that's where family lives)

We looked at log home kits and figured out you need to multiply the kit price x 3 or 4 because of what it doesn’t include. Plus our own logs are cooler😊

I love log cabins with the square shape, specifically because you have flat walls on the inside. I do love the round shape on the outside though. Is there some reason you went with the flat shape all the way around?
