A few Int'l arrivals you didn't see were Cathay Pacific, Air France, and Delta flight (London, Amsterdam, or Paris), American Airlines, Icelandair, and Turkish

I agree. My favorite liveries is Cathay Pacific's and the Turk's. They're pretty similar and both have the unique bend facing forward.

I'm not exactly sure, but the good spot I filmed and might be this as well is from the top of the Terminal B parking garage.

this video in particular was from a day spent on the garage. you do need state police/mass dept of transp permission to be up there or they will catch up with you and likely ask you to leave. i was lucky to get an invite this day with a friend who offered. an easy/hassle free place to go is castle island from 12-8pm on the weekend. check the ATC first and make sure they are landing on the rwy 4
