This guy have more skill than the other . tough i would pick Wright instead , better overall player , Cooley can become a great like Jonny hockey but he might trigger some giveway that could cost his team and loose confidence after , or not , i don't know . But this is what i see

Im still hopefull that all the talks about Slaf and Wright simply means they’re not taking either of them. Hughes have known Cooley for a long time and that might explain the fact that they didnt officialy met in MTL. Cooley is exactly the type of player we need

@@Zukethegoat Agreed, they should go with Cooley, he's the one with the complete toolkit, Slaf and Wright still have IF. But you know the consensus thing, its so strong, it even explain why a soldier is going to war and knowing that he can die, and the day that he will be in the last soldiers remaining, he will rout. Consensus is an human bias, and its strong, the less risky pick for Hughes is to take Wright, if Wright dont become the best player at least he will say that everyones were taking Wright first and he wont lose his job. Just that he said that his decision is not taken so far few day from the draft, mean that he is not really well prepared, how can he be not ready??? Its a crucial moment in history and he had a lot of time to talk to all his scouts and meet with them. He even said this week that some of his scouts in europe haven't seen Wright play...men...how this can happen, it is an NHL club!!!! Even for the Elite Prospect scouting team, it should have been a shock to heard that... So I still continue to think that a lot of things in this organisation is not going properly, like the long tenure of Timmins and Bergevin, the Mailloux thing, and usually in business, when all those weird things happened in a business, its coming from the top, and the top have not been changed, so there is two thing to do in Montreal; the first one is to pray, the second one is to start your fantasy franchise!
