Cortex looks like a man, yet has a beastly heart and as the games march on, he degenerates more and more into an animal. It's a man vs monster, but inverted: Crash uses his wits, like a man. Cortex fights erratically and recklessly, like a beast. -Aku Aku vs Uka Uka: -Aku Aku is the protector who aids Crash because he cares about him, who is always ready for war, but never actively seeks it. Uka Uka is the conqueror who aids Cortex because he is a useful pawn, who takes what he wants regardless of who gets hurt along the way.
