Very informative, thank you. One thing I didn't catch: Is there a on-off switch for node? For example I want to have a reverb in a chain but I want to temporarily disable it for a while.

Yes, you can trigger it via midi by assigning a pad or button to the correct CC, which you can find in the midi control. You can also just slide the node to the left to disable it.

How do you send midi out of an IAA app to play multiple synths via midi?

You should just have to make sure the IAA is sending whatever MIDI channel you want (or all), then in AUM route the IAA to the synths you want it to control. If you changed the midi channel, you'll need to set the midi channel in the synth (they're all different, so you'll have to just find the setting). I’m sorry you feel that way. Because the iPad screen is not 16:9, I need something to fill in the space on the sides, so I just made that to drop in under the screen recording.
