When this came out I was homeless, on drugs, and then jail. I now have a house, job, and husband. This song and “Clover Cage - In the Moment” are the two songs that helped get rid of my depression. I just want to send love to everyone and I want everyone to know things will get better. We are in this together..I love you ❤️🎉

@artsyebonyrose6 жыл бұрын
Anney Pan I don't know his personal life, so idk if the pain he expresses in this is to get into character or if he actually had a story of his own. I just know that I can hear a lot of emotion and desperation in his voice at his part of the song and it makes me cry every time I hear it :') especially the part where he sings "I don't wanna-- [long pause] I don't even wanna die anymore" bc to me it sounds as if the person who called the suicide prevention line is so emotional that they can't get their words out and their emotions are swelling and overcasting them just like the violins in the background. I'm sorry for all the writing, I just love to analyse and praise this song bc not only is it saving lives but its also a masterpiece :)

Feeling it. I too have been to Afghanistan back in 2011. Came back to broken home, Double crossing vets, and backstabbing family. I forgive them all. Incuding also the treacherous VA that seems to be barely noticing how bad I was treated and left for dead. Feeling so alone again.. Veteran or not, whoever you are out there, I got your back if you're ever so sad and feel alone or hopeless. Let's look out for each other and cheer each other on folks. Be truly brave and help those besides the ones you love. For as one super wise man, the Christ once said, "If you give gifts to only those that love you, where’s the reward in that?" 💝
