Not sure sorry, but I wouldn't think so? Logic Pro (and iPad in general) doesn't have a heap of output options.

Hey Bill. Welcome to the community! Do you need MP3 specifically? The Apple ecosystem doesn't tend to support it natively, but you can export directly from Logic Pro for iPad as an M4A compressed file.
