Supermarket isn’t a rap album. It’s a alternative album. He was just experimenting and I think he killed it

Say what you will about Everybody, but the production on that album is incredible. The album is still corny as hell but some of the beats on there almost save the record for me. Almost.

I agree 1000%. The production and the Neil DeGras Tyson narration is what saves it.

I agree. There are some true beauties on there tho the message gets lost quite quickly.

I hear these types of responses from alot of the hip-hop community. Despite the negative background COADM has gathered, it's still one of his more played albums on spotify. The album itself was actually more of an experiment if you look thoroughly at the lyrics. Supermarket, imo, is a good feel good album. It's not pristine by any means but I felt his sense of exploration when creating that soundtrack.

Great video but I think that confessions of a dangerous mind was pretty good I’m not sure about supermarket cuz I haven’t listened to it and maybe it’s just cuz when I like an artist I usually like all albums and I don’t have like a critic mentality I guess idk I’m not trying to talk trash or nothing just stating my opinion but enjoy the videos and keep up the good work

I never considered Supermarket a studio album, and i think hiphop heads hated it bc it's not really hip hop. Supermarket is just a fun soundtrack to his book (which was decent imo) the album itself was decent too, i disagree with your take on the Can I kick it cover. I just hate Lemon Drop, that's by far my least favorite Logic song ever. Confessions is so wavy too, not his best work, but i could see what he was trying to do. The only tracks i'd recommend from COADM would be title track COADM, Lost In Translation & Mama/Show Love. Homicide is good too but not something i'd rotate a lot. great video though, glad to see Logic bounce back and finish strong.

Incredible true story is very good. It’s got skits sure. And I guess in that way it is a little corny. I think anyway a man perceives themselves whether through art or as art or in word as the savior of humanity it’s gonna get corny quick. But it’s got a little bit of different flavor from one corner to the next while remaining true to the overall appeal of a logic album. I think after this album there’s a split and that split as the man and the message. The man is still Fuck with able. But the message from one to the next is preachy and out of tune discrediting the entire thing in the process.

U are critiquing albums without listening to them fully lol... COADM was far from a shine but there are solid tracks on it...
