C for cycle is super useful, and option+drag the region to new track also . For the score you need unfortunely the logic remote to work faster, some essential short cuts i find only on logic remote when configurating the buttons . For some - still essential- functions there is no shortcut but i guees one can set it new, for example to show duration bars on the score. As i always say the score editor is still the new guy in every daw or software...

Nice tutorial, about zoom option the "z" key is also a useful one when focusing on clip(s)/section(s) cheers
