U r amazing bro...Ur empathetic views on candidates who used proxy are really appreciated. People generally resort to such practices out of constraints. So its really harsh and unjustified to ruin their life by disclosing their identities. U are setting ethical examples for the society....Keep it up bro....More success to you....

This happened to us yesterday. For remote work, I started asking people to travel to an office location for the last interview. In the last interview, we are comfortable that we're going to hire them, so we will pay for their expenses. These proxy interviews are starting to make remote work less trustworthy and will ruin the culture.

Really appreciate you think like this way,relieving proxy interview without blurring face would ruine their life, and this is really proven theory now “Nakal ke liye bhi akal ki jarurat hoti hai” 😂

Can you elaborate on what happened after realizing he was a proxy? Did you confront him? If so how did that go? How did you get the laptop back? etc
@LogicOpsLab2 жыл бұрын
When they found out, they revoked the offer letter, HR got in touch with him. Asked him to return the laptop, not sure they have received it or not. Also, didn't get a chance to confront him, he stopped picking calls later.

Surprised. This shows the extent people will go to secure a job offer. I hope that guy learns from this before he ends up doing actual damage to his career and reputation.
