it is possible to use under FOB but the broker has to be careful of controlling the information. Under FOB term, Cnee will control logistics, so need to be careful of information disclosed.

In your explanation, you mention that the Thai Company knows the name of the American Company because the Thai Company has to put the American Company name in the first Invoice as the buyer?

If C/O is issued, American company will know Thai Company. But Middle company, normally don’t want to show the actual seller.

If you ask to your booking forwarder, they will change the name. Certificate of Origin cannot change the information, so Actual consignee will know if C/O will passed to them. In this case, you can ask your forwarder and their agent not to pass C/O to consignee.

You should get the freight at your side. You have to ask the freight forwarder in your country.
