i got mine today i love em. the mic quality isn’t as bad because i got it set up through a go xlr mini but man i’m facing a problem right now with it picking up the game audio no matter what after i adjust the game volume, the mic threshold and noise gate.

hey pal, im confusing about the aux jack on the usb dongle, can you explain its more clearly please, im having an external usb microphone so how do i utilize it

The 3.5mm port on the USB dongle is for MUXing audio sources. It allows you to add another external audio source wirelessly into your headset while still allowing utilization of the Lightspeed dongle. It is not an audio input for the computer or to transmit to the computer.

I am returning these since the volume is extremely low except if I unplug the headset dongle and replug it. This happens every time on boot. Unacceptable.

Can I operate it with my blue yeti X microphone by plugging one jack into the USB end and the other jack into the microphone? Will the mic get power that way?

Mine arrived just now. The dongle was not stuck in it's place and was flying freely in the box. The box itself looked like it has seen better days. Definitely not the first person to open it. The earcups were not in a little protective bag. And finally the usb c cable was completely missing. That's exactly the experience I wanted after buying a premium headset for well over 200€, thanks Logitech

That is not Logitechs fault. that is either your own fault (for not noticing you bought a demo model), or your retail store's fault for making a mistake (or conning you). Either way, Logitech has no power over this, and is not at fault, since you state the box have been opened more than onc. that is not something that was done at logitech :)

I legit cant find this anywhere.. Pushing the Mute button in OR out mutes it? lol I know i dont have the mic plugged in but i just wanna know.. and i cant.. find.. the answer anywhere

Press the mute button located below the volume roller on the left ear cup. When the red ring around the button is visible, the microphone will be muted. When the button is in the state where the red ring is not visible, the microphone is unmuted. There will also be a sound notification when muting or unmuting. But to be more accurate with your answer; when the button is fully depressed it is unmuted, when it is popped out, it is muted.

Just got this today. Gaming seemed fine but listening to music isn't that great, the volume is mild when boosted to 100 and I honestly get crisper sound using my galaxy buds. Not worth $350.

On the headset is a Bluetooth button, press that button to put it into pairing mode and then find the Pro X 2 in the Bluetooth list of your iPad/iPhone and select it to connect to it.

A year and 1/2 since release and still no advanced EQ to be able to get the sound that was promised right on the back of the box?? With out that feature this headset can only manipulate sound from 80-6600Hz not the 32-16k Hz range needed to get decent sound. How is this an upgrade from the Pro X?? WTF? Returning this POS

It's very good, but to still have to charge it with a cable is terrible, why can't a charging station be attached to such a product?
