Logitech Pop Mouse Unboxing

If it doesn’t come with the small logi* bolt receiver to connect it… and your cpu isn’t picking it up via Bluetooth for some reason… then what steps would one need to take to connect it?? Connecting to an older model dell… so I know that can be an issue for some newer modeled hardware. Thanks!
