Yes if I was within a tight budget....but for about $15 more, I would not! I'd buy the Z333 model. It is a similar setup , but it also comes with a "Bass Knob" on the Subwoofer to adjust the Bass to your liking instead of a fixed setting like the Z313. The only gripe I had with the Z333 model is the Volume knob is separate instead of on the speaker itself. The Z313 is not a bad product but if you can, just get the Z333 for a few more dollars. Now If you’re ok with spending $75-80 you can go for the Z323 which is very identical to the Z313 but WITH a Bass knob and slightly better overall.

Nothing wrong with these speakers on a budget, but for those that are unaware. These Z313s have fixed Bass (non-adjustable). Basically it doesn’t have a knob to control Bass levels. If you want the Bass Knob I would highly consider the Z323 model. It is $15-$20 more, but you’re getting the same setup and the Subwoofer with the Bass knob on it. It’s a better option if you want good Bass control, which was the main reason I didn’t buy the Z313 model.

My pair of Creative T20s which have probably been with me for over a decase are almost six feet under, and I've been loaned a Z313 until I find something better. Defintely agree with you as I find the Z313's bass a bit too strong.

Just got mine yesterday. I was an Edifier user, but since I couldn't find one in my area here in philippines I guess I had to try Logitech. It didn't disappoint, Bass is decent but gives better bass in a closed/small room that you can feel it in your chest at max volume. The sound clarity is what it got my attention for 40bucks.

Since these don't have an adjustable bass nob if you need to lower your bass you can put a rag in the subwoofers outlet port and it will lower its overall effect.

Turned my Series S into a gaming PC using an AOC 1440p 165hz 1000R curved monitor, gaming mouse and keyboard, and this little sound system. It does a very good job. Just enough bass for me, but the actual clarity of the sound especially with little background effects in gaming is superb for the price.

My price was even lower-free! somebody put them out on the boulevard near my place last summer (I guess they didn't want to bother selling them) and was surprised because they were in great shape so I took them home and they worked great, the highs seem really bright because they have almost no midrange but the bass from that little 4" sub is impressive

Sir question regarding the controller how does it work? Is it if you plugged an earphone, it will work both? Or if you turn off the power button it will switch to the earphone. Or the moment you plugged the earphone it will switch to it Thank you

The controller has a connection between the subwoofer and your headphone/audio jack on your PC. When switched off, no audio will play from your speaker. Usually it will auto recognize whatever you have plugged into the audio jack on your PC but you can configure which sound device your PC will play from in the sound settings. So basically you need to make sure the controller is switched on whenever you want to hear audio out of the speakers.

You would still have to plug-in/use the subwoofer. The Left speaker has a yellow connector that plugs to subwoofer. The right speaker has a 15pin connector that connects to subwoofer and the Green audio jack connector that goes into the audio (back of PC). By design, It all has to connect.

My bro has the Logitech Z333 and it sounds amazing. Definitely a little pricey but if you want the upgrade I would recommend that. Id also check in stores and other sites to see if the Z313 is still at a cheaper price

I'm trying to get these speakers set up, but even with everything hooked up, the volume is very poor. I noticed that the little button-cable-controller thing that's attached to the subwoofer doesn't affect the volume when I adjust the scroll wheel, still moderately audible. All the rest of the volume on my PC is turned all the way to 100. Anyone have any ideas as to why this is happening? Edit: I turned off the remote thing attached to the subwoofer, and the speakers are still on? I really don't know what I'm doing 😅

Just set tv volume to max and then, starting low, adjust the speakers to the max you would want your tv at. Then when you use tv remote it is set to not go over the volume you want.

hey brother i bought one too. today, at very high bass levels with above average volume, subwoofer kinda make trembly, shaky extra sound. is it the case with you too? if it is how to make it go away, or how to evade it, bass is very lovely but sometimes it makes that noice in high bass sounds

I've really only noticed some distortion at very high volumes (which I don't usually play at). Maybe see if you can download a free equalizer application on your computer to see if you can adjust the bass levels. There's no true way to adjust the bass on the speakers/subwoofer themself.

Haven't tried that, but in theory if you have a Bluetooth receiver that has a 3.5mm cable then it should work. The speaker just needs the audio from the 3.5mm cable

This setup will work on PS4 (and other systems with a sound port) as long as you have the 3.5mm jack plugged into the audio port on the system. My brother has tested it on his.

My brother actually has the Z333 and they're insanely good. Really just depends on your budget. I didn't want to spend as much so I got the Z313 and still love em. Z333 is definitely an upgrade though. I believe that one also has bluetooth.

Want to make them sound even better? Buy an external dac for $100 and connect them on that instead directly on the pc. Trust me massive difference in quality! Also change your bit depth and sample rate on windows to the highest it can go. I’m an audiophile

Not entirely sure because I haven't tried myself but I know there are 3.5mm cable to bluetooth receiver adapters out there. Worth a try. If you get one from Amazon, you could always return it if it doesn't work as you expected.

Owned an old Altec Lansing set that failed, bought this to replace it. Horrified at how different everything sounded. Familiar music now sounded like a low budget cover. Bass was exaggerated and uncontrollable it was also plagued by a resonance even a relatively low volume levels. Perhaps gamers would find it acceptable. Spend some extra money and get some ability to control the bass at your listening levels.
