What’s great about this episode that it shortens the distance between Loid and Yor. I really like how Yor was really afraid of the SSS but as soon as they threaten her brother and a man she only married out of convenience, she was willing to take the fight to them. I also like how even though he has to reasonably confirm his suspicions, Loid felt guilty in doing so and caught up to her to reconcile her. We also get an interesting reflecting about how he feels about putting up an act. Though, I would find funny he stopped finding Yor suspicious since then because if he continued his investigation, he probably would have guessed she’s an assassin.

​@@FleetAdmirable they didn't know at First, Loid/Twilight figure It out After he Heard Yuri speks some inventrd story for cover identity make by SSS, also aside the fact that Twilight didn't know what normalty Is and for this reason he didn't suspect about yor strengt (bit this Is mostly my personal guesse) when Franky mentioned to him Garden existence Twilight take It as an invented story, so he coseder Garden somting that didn't actually exist, in fact Is a "legendary" organization of Assassin's, if you think on crusie arc even the lady asked yor if she was realy one of them meaning that even some one that actually know their existence doubts, but SSS Is WISE worst enemy and Is a publique organization, so that why he suspect at First about Yuri, but for yor let It go

Yor's assassin background wasn't in the briefing so his agency probably doesn't know she's Thorn Princess. He also doesn't stalk her on nights she does have assassinations he stopped monitoring her far too early to know her "second job"

He did a thorough background check on her . Yor acts in a way that people wouldn't witness her , or if they do , they won't live to tell the tale . She has an entire organisation backing her up who probably cleans up loose ends . Loid's investigation was useless because he isn't the only smart dude in the town .

Loid: eh? - I’ve realized why Loid doesn’t question Yor’s strength despite it being uncanny and out of place - she raised her brother, “sold” her body and had to protect herself numerous times, and has to live a double life (his assumption) because her brother is now part of the secret police - which also her fighting strength comes in, her brother probably taught her a few things (again Loid’s assumption). As a family member of the government secret service AND working for the government - Yor would be the perfect target for someone such as Loid….convenience and circumstances collided them together in a red strand of fate that no one saw coming except Anya.

So I’ve always wondered, Yor works for a group called the Garden right? Are they like an independent organization or do they work for their government as a higher up version of the Secret Police? I assume it’s the latter as that could explain why Yor didn’t appear that worried about threatening Loid and Franky disguised as Secret Police agents.

It goes more into this later in the series but the Garden works for the shadow government. Therefore I'm guessing its kind of like an 'underground' organization. based in Ostania. I don't think they take orders from the government like the SSS though. Anyway, they kinda just seem like an independant assasin organization

The Garden is an underground/criminal organization, maybe secretly involved with the government but not the Secret Police. If they were related at all Yor would’ve know about Yuri and vice versa.

​His family seems to be a blind side for him. Twilight's whole thing is invasion of privacy and he conveniently doesn't want to do that yor. If twilight showed the same level of strictness as he did for other parts and people in his missions, he would have found out. Like seriously, a woman who is sharp enough to notice his gaze in the first episode, and strong enough to knock him out should put him on full alert, but it doesn't. This blindside​ is also on full display during the cooking episode when he notices the dark aura surrounding her as well as the numerous cuts on her hand. For a spy like him, this should have atleast raised his curiosity to know what actually is happening with her as it might catch the attention of the sss or even his neighbours. But he decided to not follow her out of respect. @@nintendolife25
