Lokalbahn Mixnitz - St.Erhard - Fahrtag mit E4 27.04.2019

Am 27. April 2019 besuchte ich die Lokalbahn Mixnitz-St.Erhard, die zu diesem Datum einen Fahrtag abhielt. Dieser Fahrtag war mit einer "Wildwest"-Einlage kombiniert. Auf der Strecke fand ein inszenierter Zugüberfall statt. Amüsant gemacht. Aber das passt dann vlt. doch eher zu einem Dampfzug oder? ;). In Mixnitz war ein Fest in vollem Gange, es gab ein Oldtimertreffen, Kinder fuhren mit einer Gartenbahn und es gab leckere, lokale Köstlichkeiten. Dies alles bei herrlichstem Kasierwetter. Auf einem Verschubgleis im normalspurigen Teil der Verladestelle gab es eine Mitfahrgelegenheit in einer ÖBB Rangierlok 2068.

Am heutigen Tage ist die Lok E4 mit der üblichen Garnitur, bestehend aus zwei Tonnendachwaggons B11 und B12 sowie einem Sommerwagen in der Mitte, im Einsatz. Zu dieser Zeit war noch das alte Unterwerk in Baumgartwiese zu sehen, sowie das Sägewerk am Gut Schafferwerke.

On 27 April 2019, I visited the Mixnitz-St. Erhard local railway, which was holding a day of travel on this date. This driving day was combined with a "Wild West" interlude. A staged train robbery took place on the line. Amusingly done. But then that's more suited to a steam train, isn't it? ;). A festival was in full swing in Mixnitz, there was a vintage car meeting, children rode on a garden railway and there were delicious local delicacies. All this in the most marvellous weather. There was a ride in an ÖBB 2068 shunting locomotive on a shunting track in the standard-gauge part of the loading point.
Today, locomotive E4 is in service with the usual set, consisting of two barrel-roof wagons B11 and B12 and a summer wagon in the middle. At this time, the old power supply in Baumgartwiese was still visible, as well as the sawmill at the Schafferwerke manor.
