I thought that too, but maybe that's what they want us to think. Was lovely to follow your reactions, as always! One thing to take note of - Loki Who Remains now watches over an infinitely growing multiverse. Other variants of Loki don't necessarily have an end file stopping at Thanos anymore because the TVA no longer interferes. With so many branches, LWR, who monitors every single branch now, has likely seen some where Loki reunites with Thor 💚 Edit: there are quite a few callbacks to season 1 and the first Thor movie, like the: "For you, for all of us!" line The biggest season 1 tie in has to be: "Every step you took to get here, I paved the road. You...you just walked down it." & "Oh come on...you know you can't get to the end until you've been changed by the journey. This stuff, it needs to happen...to get us into the right mindset to finish the quest." Also, one last thing...we definitely will see Loki again. He's basically created Yggdrasil. At some point, it will tremble and that will be a warning for the "Ragnarok" of the multiverse ;)

THIS is how you write an OP superhero. Showing how he went from wanting to control to wanting to protect was masterful. Thanks for the videos guys. I thought that the purple was Alioth myself, but I could be wrong.

Using a reversed Marvel Studios logo at the beginning of Loki Season 2, Episode 6 is a creative and symbolic way of foreshadowing the chaotic and unpredictable nature of the episode as well as the season's more prominent themes. This logo also represents Loki's journey throughout the series, as he has always been an outcast and never fit in. In Season 2, he was forced to confront his chaotic nature and harm others. The ending of Season 2, Episode 4, was replayed from various perspectives in Episode 6, which was an ingenious way of demonstrating how events can unfold differently depending on the observer's point of view. This also shows that Loki's time-traveling abilities have become unpredictable. Additionally, the ending of Season 2, Episode 4, was replayed from various perspectives in Episode 6. This is an outstanding season. He Who Remains tells Loki that all Lokis will fail regardless of his actions. Lokis are chaotic beings who constantly try to break rules and subvert the status quo. He Who Remains also informs Loki that multiverse war is unavoidable and that he is the only one who can end it. This is because of Loki's unique nature as a god and trickster. He can see the world from various perspectives and is unafraid of questioning authority. Finally, Loki disproves He Who Remains: he chooses to save the multiverse even if it means risking failure. This demonstrates that Loki is not doomed to failure and can decide his fate. This is a solid, essential message. This reminds us that we are not helpless victims of our circumstances. We can shape our fate, even if it means going against the odds. Loki is prompted to visit Mobius in Loki season 1, episode 1 because he wants to know what it is like to be Loki. He wants to know why he is doomed to fail and what he can do to change his fate. It is interesting to see how Loki's views on TVA and the multiverse have evolved since the first season. Loki was suspicious of the TVA in season one, believing they were attempting to control the timeline. However, Loki realizes in season 2 that TVA is required to prevent a multiverse war. The scene also serves as a reminder of Loki's character development. Loki was arrogant and selfish in the first season. On the other hand, Loki was more humble and compassionate during season 2. He is willing to abandon his life for the greater good. He Who Remains said "See you soon" a few times. This could be interpreted as a foreshadowing of the creation of various Kang types in keeping with the episode's broader themes of reality, free will, and destiny. The number of times the Who Remains said, "See you soon," can now be used to predict the appearance of multiple Kang variants. This is an extraordinarily clever and subtle way of hinting at the future of the MCU, adding a new layer of meaning to the episode. The fact that the Season 1 premiere and the Season 2 finale are titled "Glorious Purpose" is a clever way of setting up the scene in Time Theater, where Loki visits Mobius. This suggests that Loki's journey is circular and that he is constantly learning and growing. Loki's return to where he began his journey was significant. This demonstrates that Loki has come full circle and is now prepared to face his fate, whatever it may be. In Time Theater, Loki's visit to Mobius is a well-written and well-acted scene. This is a pivotal moment in Loki's character arc and an emotionally and visually powerful scene. Loki's new outfit encompasses elements from his past, present, and future. This ensemble includes his traditional green and gold costume, the TVA prisoner uniform, and Sylvie's black and green ensembles. Green and gold signify his past as a trickster god and villain. The TVA uniform symbolizes his current situation as a prisoner and his journey towards redemption. Sylvie's black and green ensemble represents his future as a hero and leader. This outfit is a visually striking representation of Loki's character development throughout the series, encompassing his journey of transformation and potential. Additionally, Loki's transformation into the God of Stories is a metaphor for the power of storytelling and the ability to shape our destiny. In the episode's closing moments, Loki is seated on a throne amidst a sprawling network of branches, representing Yggdrasil. This colossal tree connects all nine realms of Norse mythology. This reference to Yggdrasil was a fitting and satisfying development of Loki's character arc, demonstrating his acceptance of his new role and responsibility in safeguarding the multiverse. Additionally, it served as a reminder of Loki's transformation into a heroic figure. The statement made by Mobius regarding a Kang variant in a realm adjacent to the 616 universe is a clever reference to both Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania and hints at the future of the Marvel Cinematic Universe. It suggests that Kang's storyline will continue to develop and that Marvel Studios is planning a powerful storyline centered around this character. Kang is a complex and intriguing character who has the potential to become one of the greatest villains in the MCU. Loki finally accepted his glorious purpose during the second season's sixth episode. He is now a multiverse protector willing to give up everything to keep it safe. He comes full circle and is a better person as a result. Using the title "Glorious Purpose" is a unique and significant way of concluding Loki's second season. It serves as a reminder of Loki's journey and promises.

TRULY INCREDIBLE. This was one of those things where you go like "Will there ever be something this good again?". It's almost bittersweet watching the episode because it's so mind blowing, and you will never again watch it for the first time. The opening scene, the finale of the second season being not just the obvious glorious purpose, but more amazingly, the burden... both emotionally with his friends, (his respect for Mobius to go to him at the very end), but even carrying the timeline to the throne. Just amazing. The (somehow) even greater ominousness of HHR despite the same exact scene that was amazing to begin with in the finale of Season 1. And the comic book like visuals, the ending scenes, his suit turning into Loki... so much respect for Disney and Marvel, the writers, Tom Hiddleston, Owen Wilson, Jonathan Majors and everyone involved for this.
