Sacred timeline is not a propaganda bro.. Let me clear your confusion ..Parallel universe and alternate universe (alternate timeline) are not the same thing ..Every universe in the multiverse had number of time branches (alternate universes) created due to nexus events before TVA came and brought all universes to one timeline (not one universe ) called the sacred timeline. Sylvie is a variant from other universe and not the mcu( i.e universe 19999) . Multiverse exist but in a sacred timeline that means everyone of the universes has to follow their predestined paths . For example classical loki is from another universe with a different history ..in that universe loki was predestined to escape from thanos and spend rest of his life on that deserted planet alone. The moment he tried to escape that planet, created a nexus event and he was therefore brought to the TVA and pruned.

Sooooo.....i thinkkk that loki and lady loki wins the battle again the tva and loki travels back to his time line at the very exact moment when he ran away ........And now this loki knows the future and also know how to enchant .......That's why he was able to enchant valkyrie .........And not only that ....This loki also know the backstory of The CLASSIC LOKI and will he will also creat an illusion infront of thanos that even the mad titan will believe it .......He will then live in isolation and this time when he wants to return to his brother after many many years .... he will be able to do so bcozz therr is nothing like TVA anymore ......AND THAT'S WAHT WE WILL CALL A HAPPY ENDING !!
