I think Heimdall was actually in on the DB Cooper caper. When Loki jumped out of the plane, he said something like "Brother, Heimdall, you'd better be ready." I also think the double mention of Heimdall may have been a nod to the fact that, in Norse mythology, Loki and Heimdall were prophesied to kill each other at Ragnarok.

I get why they cut it. Contextually, around season 2 loki release mcu was in the dumps. They didn't really have a direction and the audience was confused as to what the overarching theme of the post infinity war saga will be. especially after Majors had his legal issues leading up to loki season 2 (to the point where we weren't sure if Kang was gonna be cut from S2). It was safer to cut this scene and not try to hype up a potential future mcu or make even more multiverse connections confusing things more (I.e agents).

He kept coming back to the show, to important episodes, until Talbot finally killed him. Jeph Loeb claims that Carl Creel in Daredevil and Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. are one and the same. Creel was a very young boxer when he fought Jack Murdock. That was a cool connection.

Since the whole loki thing has happened I’m a little confused why they haven’t confirmed the canonization of things like agents of shield, cloak and dagger, the Netflix shows, runaways, helstrom, and that weird werewolf show. But honestly if all of these shows existed in the same universe, literally any human could become god level with minimal effort. Like you could literally gain every super power in the multiverse. It wouldn’t even be hard. Barely an inconvenience.

Thor 5 should end with the time runs out storyline where Hyperion & Thor die vs the Beyonders, but have Hercules take place of Hyperion. Great ending for the character. Then bring back Jane Foster for Secret Wars, and a newly casted Thor afterwards.

@@omarsmith8934 yeah, but she was great up to that point, it was really only that final scene that debatably soured her, and I chalk that up to the writers needing to extend the series and expand on Kang, he pretty much had to die for the story to continue. Still, they maybe could’ve had Ramona do it and it would’ve worked just as well. As for season 2 Sylvie, I don’t really remember her role, but I did find her annoying in that one, possibly for her lack of remorse and attitude towards Loki I think, but again, I chalk that up to bad writing, because she contradicted her character in the first season if I remember correctly.
