I think it is because of the meta champ, the blue side has access to first pick the champ such as Lee Sin and Reneketon, and both RNG and DK have the “have to ban” champ such as Lucian and Zoe, thus the red side has to ban two meta, and only one have to ban champions. However blue side does not have such pressure, they could ban whoever they want to.

TES botlane plays super aggressive just as usual, but people have found their weakness: Karsa can’t gank both top and bot at the same time, so depending on how 369 is playing, the enemy team can always assume where Karsa is, while Jackeylove is gonna play aggressively no matter if Karsa is at bot side or not (not meaning that Jackeylove will attack the enemies but he won’t step back to lose any farm or exp). And after 369 gets ganked a few more times, he will become useless in the game. That’s why to me and some analysts TES is not strong right now, at least not a world top class team.

just one word: class difference LPL is not RNG's region (like LCK is DK's region) - LPL is represented by the top 4 (or even 6) strong teams. These top teams win over one another only by their prepared strategy and team condition on the day of BO5 (not by some fundamental gap between the teams). So at Worlds, best 4 LPL teams will be just as scary as the 1st seed in LPL. So DK has no chance at Worlds this year. From now on, it will be the LPL's era until the end - unless some Faker/SKT-like outlier emerges from the other regions.
