I feel so emotionally drained. I loved both of these teams, I didn't want either of them to lose because they had to fight each other. Damwon played so well and I'm so upset their gone now. I really hope Nuguri doesn't quit League because of this, he played very well and I want him to succeed again. Same for Canyon and SM. For GENG, I really like them too, but I can't say they were the best team going into the semis when they were so reliant on the cat, and was crippled badly once it was taken away. They really need to step it up and expand their pool or else they won't stand a chance against T1 or JDG

this was THE REAL best worlds series of all time. DRX x EDG was good but it was honestly just DRX throwing game 1 and 2 and then stomping EDG for 3 straight games, and T1 x ROX Tigers in 2016 was also good but the tank meta at the time kinda ruined the chances of many big time plays happening, while this series right here had multiple different players having so many highlight moments. This was beautiful. PS: maybe if it wasn't for the massive ad gap, ShowMaker could've been crowned for the biggest series carry of all time

No, e.g. Bengi was much better, canyon can only play carry jungglers and needs ressources for that. Prime DanDy, Score, ambition were better. Also other players like diamondprox and Insec had a much bigger impact on the junggle role by reinventing parts of it (e.g. counterjunggling or insec the lee sin kickback). Even in the current tournement are better jungglers like kanavi and peanut. Also he messed up a lot this series like game 1 first blood play which in return cost nuguri his lane cuz he committed flash, the failed smite at baron which would ve won them the game, was non-existent game 3, inted fb and got carried by showmaker. Showmaker was the outstanding player this game and he was reason they had comeback hops in the games they lost not canyon. Peanut was the better junggler this game and unlike canyon he can also play tank jungglers for his team and is no hit or miss carry only junggler, even tho his graves, lee sin etc. picks are outstanding.

I have mixed feelings about this series. DWG not banning yuumi, forced them to make a lot of plays in early/mid game which they failed because it required almost perfection. Then 2 decisive wins from DWG and last game, with their great comeback fight. First time I really regret there is no double elimination bracket and we don't know where to place DWG, because I feel they lost mainly due to overcomplicated drafts, that had very small error margin.

I mean he totaly failed game 1 fb play and that backfired heavily for nuguri, failed the smite at baron, which would ve been game for DWK, inted fb game 3 and got turbo carried by Showmaker 1v5ing the game and game 4 was basically a bot diff. The comeback in game 5 was also mainly due to showmaker. Showmaker carried the team and the coach of DWK broke their back by letting the 100% winrate yuumi through in game 1 and game 2 for whatever reason.
