Bwipo has always been good against tower dives. Most people will immediately blow all their cooldowns, often even before the enemy takes turret aggro. Bwipo will dance around, let them initiate and start taking turret shots, dance around some more, then use his cooldowns as the turret has heated up. The turret is your friend and you want to use your CC on the champion who has turret aggro after they've taken a shot or two in order to give yourself a chance to get a kill. I got a solo triple kill as a support Leona after my Ashe got herself killed by stupidly turning around to get some useless shots off outside of tower safety after I'd peeled for her escape and they tried diving me. I just walked away from their Xin as he was taking tower shots and stunned him to get the kill, then I needed to do nothing but bait the support to stay under tower by walking back towards him, then I E'd over to the Jinx as she was on the edge of aggro range and she took a fully-heated hit that let me finish her off with a Q as she was running away. That was a good game. I always went for max CDR Leona (frozen heart was so good)
