Very diverse. Not as many English as there used to be. Used to be a pretty lively area back in the 90’s - lot of pubs and clubs and restaurants. Doesn’t look how I remember it now.

Infrastructure very bad compared to any major city in China.. Everything is old and on the verge of collapse in London unfortunately... Only the extremely rich areas are being improved and rebuilt.
