If coming from Ireland you get to use the new Terminal 2, You also get to skip passport control due to the agreement between the UK and Ireland. You get off the plane and are out of the terminal in as little as 10 minutes!

Could you do a series of these videos for the other London airports, particularly Gatwick? There are several more discount airlines, particularly Norwegian and Wow, expanding service between London and North America, and since Heathrow is at capacity, they've been adding capacity at Gatwick and Stanstead.

Regarding mobile sim cards, I would remember that roaming charges in EU were dropped last June, so no need to buy a sim if staying up to four months. No idea what will happen after Brexit...
