Great job and sorry to say , there is no gap for ventalation air due to condensation in winter problem. and what is the size of timber normally 7x 2 used 100-120 PIR insulation.

@@Abidsalehuk there is about 100 ml gap in joist and if we add firrings which are 6 inch high one side and one inch high on other side so fairly alot of empty space for air to travell

This is a hybrid roof. The problem you will have is condensation in the winter. There is no cross flow ventilation on this roof. Are you planning to put mushrooms on top? You will have issues in the winter with sweating. You also didn't use a vapour barrier.

We have kept the ventilation on top brother by adding a 6/1 fiirings and the insulation we added between the joist is 100ml so we have a empty space on top of that too whicb allows air movement back to front but thanks anyways

You need to add the firrings on any roof for the water flow into gutters. We appreciate your work but do not show too much detail it makes a lay person confused. This is a kind of hybrid roof that’s why you have the gap between insulations them for the air flow to avoid condensation.

That's a hybrid roof a mix of a warm and cold roof, the insulation on top of the roof deck must always be thicker otherwise you get condensation. There's s chance condensation will build up in the air space formed below. Have you had a condensation risk analysis done by the roof insulation manufacturer?. Who specified this detail the architect?

Thanj you very much brother but the fact is there is cavity space left between the 50mm pir boards and the roof joists 100mm PIR is inside the 8 x2 joists than on too of that we have added firrings with created about 100mm cavity for air to travell thanks anyways for the concern and a comment

Bro this is not the right build up for the flat roof … check the plans. It seems like a hybrid roof. Warm deck roof you put plywood, VCL, 150mm insulation, then timber again and then on top flat roof covering

Its not a hybrid roof mate if u see it we run the fiirings on top which are about 6 /1 and that is source of ventilation 100ml is between the joists and joist it self has epmpty space on top as well and the good thing is its acording to engineers designed anyways thanks
