LONDON LUXURY SHOPPING VLOG 2021 - Come Shopping With Me at Harrods, Dior, Chanel & Louis Vuitton

Join me in today's video for a London Luxury Shopping Vlog - come shopping with me at Harrods, Hermes, Dior, Chanel Autumn Winter 2021 (Chanel 21B) & Louis Vuitton in August 2021!! Do you love luxury shopping vlogs as much as I do? I really missed Harrods and I can't believe how many beautiful designer handbags I spotted!! The new Chanel Metiers d'Art 2021 Collection is finally out - otherwise known as the Chanel 21A Collection - and I've fallen in love with the red velvet Chanel Mini Square, the pink Chanel Coco Handle, the rose gold Chanel Mini Reissue and the black Chanel CC Tote which is a vintage Chanel bag that has been reissued for this year's Chanel 21A Collection!! However, the Chanel Classic Flap Bag in the Jumbo size is still next on my handbag wishlist!!

Luxury shopping in London is great, especially shopping at Van Cleef and Arpels, Dior, Chanel & Louis Vuitton!! You never know what you'll find on a luxury shopping spree!! I love the Bottega Veneta Chain Pouch in black and my dream Fendi Peekaboo Mini with the embroidered flowers!! Another highlight was the Louis Vuitton Wild at Heart Neverfull - they still don't have any Louis Vuitton Nano Speedy models in stock. Stay tuned for my luxury shopping haul next week - can you guess what items I bought? Maybe something from Dior - a Dior Saddle Bag, a Dior Book Tote or another Lady Dior - what do we think about Dior's new micro bags? I'm in love with the micro Lady Dior!! Or maybe some Dior jewellery? I've been collecting many Dior jewelry pieces for some time now, especially Dior earrings!! I'm also a sucker for Chanel earrings and Chanel jewellery in general!! Today, we are going to visit Designer Exchange London in Knightsbridge - a reseller of vintage and pre-loved designer handbags. They have so many beautiful Hermes Birkin 30 models in stock - what Hermès Birkin or Kelly do you dream of adding to your handbag collection? Also, which luxury handbags do you want to buy next? I still can't believe I was able to try on the beautiful Hermes Himalayan Bag - the Hermes Himalayan Birkin is the most expensive handbag in the world!!

After my first two cordial SAs from Chanel, my third and current SA is exceptional. Knowing her helps me to skip the queue so I guess I am blessed. Chanel prices are rising mercilessly so I have been checking out Fendi First range. I succumbed to the Fendi First pink sandal slides and now I can't get the clutch (small) out of my head. Help! Dear Romina probably you know already that I am not a chanel supporter. I like chanel of course, but I don't like the SA. I don't what to spent lot of money to them, and they are so" rude"!!! Not for me is intolerable.

There’s absolutely no excuse for poor and rude customer service, we pay a premium for goods and the service should reflect that too, they’re getting out of hand now. Great vlog and lovely friend.

I remember when I entered Chanel boutique the 1st time, I was merely browsing around unattended even though my heart is set on the black classic flap in GHW. As I was looking around and touched a few bags, a lady SA suddenly came behind me, asking me what I was searching. The words were not rude but the tone was not friendly. I said I was merely browsing and she just walked away without saying anything. I continued browsing until another guy SA came up and was so polite. He was really sweet and patient, and I walked out with my first Chanel Jumbo. Now that he no longer works there, I could not be bothered to step into the boutique yet.

So sad to hear these stories - I can totally relate to you as my first visit to Chanel I was treated as if I was a burden rather than a costumer, and it was the day I purchased my first Chanel double flap jumbo. I did not waste anyone’s time and was very nice to the SA so to be treated like that is just appalling.

Chanel’s the only luxury brand that has consistently rude service! Even in different cities/countries! But I used to always have a positive experience in Harrods until last year where I want to try on some sunglasses on the first floor boutique and the SA shouted at me to stop. I told her I tried the same glasses in a different colour on the ground floor boutique and she shouted over at her manager if it’s allowed and the manager said...of course it is🙃

These luxury brands only stay luxury as long as they please their customers. Rude customer service could reduce them to a lower end brand in no time. You can get beautiful bags very similar to the high end ones for less than £1000. They will offend the wrong person one day and lose their credibility if they are not careful😡

Chanel is always so rude to me, no matter where I go!! I really can't enjoy the shopping experience, I wish they would sell online like most other big brands. But because of the snobbery you mentioned they won't ever do that because they think they are better than any other brand!! Loved the video though!! xx

Just wanted to say how much I enjoy your videos. I am learning so much about luxury bags from you and your guests. When I was younger in my 30s I purchased a very nice collection of 40 bags in classic styles. At 62years old, I am retired " boss lady" entrepreneur and my husband, sweet man has encouraged me recently to start buying new luxury bags again to add to my collection. It's been 20+ years since I've been in the market for luxury products. So, I need all the education I can get in current brands, styles and colrs. I love classic and sophisticated styles in bags, jewelry, shoes and clothing. My hubby, however, is going to change my taste/ habit of buying safe classic models of cars, like Volvo, Landr Rover, BMW, etc. He says, our lifestyle has change, so I am going to buy you a Subaru (I know it isn't luxury but his thinking is I am beach babe & outdoors person now)... I think the medium Chanel 19 looked massive against your frame, the small looks so much better on you (although you can truly pull off any look!). I’m so sad that you were treated rudely, it makes me sick and not even want to shop there. The people at Designer Exchange always seem so helpful and friendly in comparison. I’m so sorry to what happened to you at Chanel! Unfortunately it is very true, the experience there does have a tendency to be so unpleasant which is sad. My first Chanel purchase was not at all brilliant but luckily it got better after that. Still feel bitter thinking about it though. It can be so discouraging. They need to work on that!

Again loving your shopping vlog! Just came back from vacation in Hawaii where normally the Chanel store is stocked but this time inventory is quite sparse although I did buy a stunning necklace there. Dior had pretty good inventory so I did make purchases there :-) I'm so jealous that London seems to be so well stocked with all the brands. I've always been treated quite nicely at Chanel but maybe I've just been lucky at the stores I've been to. However, the first time I made a bag purchase at Chanel, the store manager politely pawned me off to their newest SA because she thought I was not going to buy anything. She's nice to me now but I will only work with my SA who's totally amazing.

@@RominaRoseMay I purchased the Lady Dior MyABCDior in Latte with the new Gunmetal Hardware which was a nice addition to my collection. I also purchased the Danseuse Etoile Choker. Prices were 10% cheaper in Hawaii and no sales tax at Dior! I also purchased a bolero style cuban chain necklace at Chanel but their stock was unusually sparse.

The exact 😱same thing happened to me @ Louis Vuitton(years ago) whilst on vacation and alone, and i vowed never to buy from that brand/ and it's subsidiaries. I've got a vintage type of camera bag that I need to change the strap on and maybe sort some scratches on. Have no idea what it will cost but I think it's worth it because I want to sell it. Hi Linda!! 🥰 Chanel doesn't offer repair services for vintage bags unfortunately (only for classic flaps under their new "Chanel & Moi" spa/repair services). However, I've heard from several different people that "Leather Surgeons" in the US is the world-leading repair company for luxury handbags. I personally don't have any experiences with them but maybe you can look them up!! 🤗❤ Xx

I am tall - not as tall as you I think ? 173cm.. I had the medium c19 first and it is NICE especially over coats .. I later tried the Small and got it in black because I was still admiring the black

I love Chanel it’s very chick but I think they have a nerve talking to people like that in such an aggressive and horrid manner, especially when they expect you to pay large sums of money for items, especially when the quality of said items are going down. All there doing is driving customers away to other luxury brands like Dior that have great customer service and a style that gradually gets more and more chick and classic with every new collection. They’re moving with the times whilst still maintaining there luxury and exclusive image. I honestly don’t know anyone who hasn’t had at least one bad experience in Chanel.
