I lost an item once. After a week I was sent a lost and found letter from TFL with a reference code for the item I lost. The issue is they don't have a dedicated phone number. I CALLED THE WHOLE COMPANY TRYING TO FIND MY ITEM AND GIVING THEM THE REFERENCE . NO LUCK AT THE END. COULDNT GET IN CONTACT. Do they have a number????
