I'm watching and at 11:30 in a tuba player the size of Aundre the Giant walks by, lol. I guess what I'm looking at is a calibration of trade, ethnicity, and of course politicians. The two big cans of Guinness were there to make us thirsty. The cars and trucks old and new were a treat plus the military and what a tow truck. Then it suddenly turned into a mummer's parade, and I thought it was in Philadelphia, lol then back to Scottland with the noisy octopus, just kidding I like the sound of Bag Pipes. The parade even had a dog with shoes, steam power, electric boats with wheels, real boats, double decker busses, canons, balloons, and of course the ever-present bells in the background. What a great parade and thanks for sharing this. Jersey Bill

Jersey Bill, I been to the parade pretty much every year of my life , it all about the livery companies and the city and dates back hundreds of years, my family have connections with the livery and the parade is always around remembrance day so also nice to cheer on our forces and first responders.

Can tell you don't work for the BBC!!!!😂😂 Every year I watch this on the box and every year I get madder and madder. The Beeb couldn't organise a piss up in a brewery these days, it's so disjointed you miss half of it and the commentary is a load of waffle (which they're good at) This was a delight to watch and listen to, you're in one place with a modicum of panning and no added commentary e.g. it's as if you're there👍👍 Thank you, same time, same place next year???????

I was worried where you were going at the beginning... was it my filming, then read on. I also have given up with bbc coverage as you say I want to watch the event not listen to someone talk. Many thanks for watching and your very kind words. Indeed same time same place next year after all I've been to pretty much the last 50 lord mayors shows.

Why copyright claim on top of RM band??

I loaded the video onto KZbin and got three claims of copyright from big companies that own the music, such shame Id have loved to show the whole thing, so had to re-edit and upload again. I really didn't want to cut the bands out, so much effort must have gone into their preparation, I hope the over dubbed music wasn't too distracting, many thanks for watching and taking the time to comment.
