The updates look great! I'm not the best plant carer, but I find keeping a watering schedule helps with over/under watering. Enjoy the revamped shudio!

Welcome over to the plant side! I have a ton of them and my main watering tip is doing it by weight - just grab the plant and lift it up from it's outer pot. If the soil is moist, it's heavy and if it's dried out it feel way lighter. You'll get a feel real quick and no reason to stick your fingers into soil all the time. And remember - most plants bounce back from under watering and over watering is way harder to 'treat'. Good luck with them!
