Hi. Did you get a compensation due the delay of the flight? If no, kindly inform at KLM. European law: if your flight delayed for 3 hours + you will get a compensation.

I never got compensation when my flight delayed for about 4 hours more with any communication and it was KLM. In fact there is no one to complain to on this.

Hi I’m sure the Ghana immigration can sort it out but since you’ll be leaving Uk with an Italian passport you’ll need to take your expired Ghana passport along or contact the Ghanaian embassy in Uk to see if something can be done for you in the interim before you travel.

Yes you need a transit visa if you have a Ghanaian passport. The same covid test you take within the 72hours prior to your flight will be checked at both Amsterdam and Accra.

@@ProphetessMrsArielFrimpong it depends on the which country’s passport you have. Kindly check the Netherlands website to confirm since travel restrictions keep changing. Not all countries need a transit visa via Amsterdam. And yes for the weight of the luggage 👍🏾

I came to ghana from London early November and because I was so used traveling with klm but was told I need a visa, so I had to come with British airways which I didn't enjoy at all, it was like traveling with VIP from accra to kumasi
