數年前胆粗粗在這裏買了一間二手排屋，住落覺得治安好，購物及交通都好方便，好多中國嘢買。Colindale的確有不少重建项目，Colindale Garden整個樓盤好大，大過黄埔花園，相信日後入伙會很旺，唯一担心Colindale Avenue會否常塞車？Colindale地鐵站會否擴大？

Hello Mandy & William. 你地睇中既apartment可能係Millbrook Park。 我們都會經過果度，屬於發展中。環境不錯，不太繁忙，有車會更方便。Mill Hill位於倫敦Barnet區，而Barnet 區D公立學校都被評爲 good 和 outstanding, 可以參考： reports.ofsted.gov.uk/ 好多人話倫敦keep住落雨，大霧，我就覺得還好，都係細雨。夏天陽光就最充足😉

Always avoid new build...Colindale has a long way to go, but at least there is some change happening. The people in these new developments are not always welcome.
