The sound quality is so low I choose to see it without sound. Why is the speak so low, and the muzak so high? Can't you hear it your self?

It sounds ok on my computer/mobile/tab. KZbin is also generating auto captions correctly which means the audio is good enough for automated tools as well. Not sure what's happening at your end.
