What is with Buska? Did he lose his mind pursuing the almighty dollar? That gesture was so childish even for him. Geez! Thankful that not everyone has his manners. Loved the woman from Texas (formerly Ohio) that actually shouted that the girl was inside the box. Wowsers! How great was that? Thanks for all of your hard work bringing us another beautiful day at Horse Guards. Really enjoyed the time. Love and Blessings from Missouri, USA.

Thanks John for staying for a while at the Cenotaph and your respectful silence during the service . Yesterday for Remembrance Sunday was was moving and brought tears to my eyes , I have no military connections , not that I know of , but those who served and those who serve now and in the future have my utmost respect . I did wonder if they were asking the Trooper which Horse would be the best to be photographed with he seemed to indicate to Titus who stood beautifully 😊. Tempest was a little rattled by the clashing as the barriers were removed , Trooper settled and reassured him well . I think Troopers were having to use their discretion at times for a few stepping over the lines as there were so many people about . Have a relaxing evening John and hopefully see you tomorrow 😊

The bagpipes are great, but what got to me was Remembrance Sunday and hearing Elgar's Nimrod, whether by brass or orchestra it doesn't half get the tear ducts going, it did for me yesterday. Plus, Vaughan Williams "The Lark Ascending" and "Fantasia on a Theme by Thomas Tallis" always get to me. I can't do them descriptive justice, but I know to most, The Lark Ascending does have WWI connotations. Even though it wasn't presented to the public until 1920. Really gets my emotions going. 👍♥️

What a nice opening to a video well done John. Well done to all the Men & Women of Wars gone by who sacrificed their lives so that we can lead the kind of lives that we do now and praise all the good soldiers who are fighting in any modern day conflicts. My thoughts go out to them & their families where ever they are based. In my eyes they are not just Troopers they most certainly are super troopers. And we must not forget the war Horses and military service dogs, who also give their lives for us.

John what a great way to celebrate Remembrance Day. Just so you know the viewpoint of the replacement horses and guards from behind the lines in the yard is perfect. You can see that the first thing the horses do is look at the box. You can tell they are so impeccably trained. The Americans were being Americans. In the USA they would never paint an exclusion box if there wasn't danger around.

Hello John from Australia 12/11/2024 - Thank you John for your respect during the memorial service. I'm not up with army ranks, my family is Navy, but those officers look like Retired Officers training cadets. Great to see the future generation of service personnel. Good to hear the old Trooper looking after the Guards, love it when he is there. Why can't they do the clearing away at night, or at least later in the day when the horses are not out, the powers that be should know that the noise and activity upsets animals. There must be plenty of other areas that need clearing instead or as well. Oh dear, not these people again. Thank you John.
