I saw the part 1 of this video and I won't criticize again who didn't handle that people to the second white line because it's not my job, but damn that was a mess! Kid running, others on the back and a massive Zambezi in the middle. What did they expect, that the horse should jump straight into the box?! hahaha No way!... So the guard did it ! I've never heard him shouting, but I do agree with this kind of attitude at the right time and yes, he did it great. Well done! 🥰That's it, be always handsome but tough with those idiots!

John - Britain's involvement with the Zambezi River includes: Exploration - The Royal Geographical Society of Britain sent Dr. David Livingstone on the Second Zambezi expedition from 1858 to 1864 to explore the area for natural resources and mineral deposits. Livingstone's expeditions inspired missionary activity in the 1860s, which led to the establishment of the Central Africa Mission. Protectorates - The British established the British Central Africa Protectorate in 1889, which covered the same area as present-day Malawi. In 1907, the protectorate was renamed Nyasaland. Zambia - The former Portuguese protectorate of Northern Rhodesia became the Republic of Zambia on October 24, 1964, ending 73 years of British rule. The country's name comes from the Zambezi River, which forms Zambia's border with Southern Rhodesia. The Zambezi River is home to Victoria Falls, one of the world's greatest natural wonders. The name Zambezi means "Great River" in the language of the Tonga people

The British Army were involved with fighting the Zulu's way back, got massively defeated, so maybe that is where the name comes from. It was around that area.
@africanborn24434 ай бұрын
No it wasn't. I was born close to the Zambesi River (a river that forms the border between Zambia and Zimbabwe) and the Anglo-Zulu war was fought at Rourkes' Drift in Kwa-Zulu Natal in South Africa - a distance of a couple of thousand kilometres apart at the closest points. It's more likely that the breeder of the horse was ex Zambian or Zimbabwean and named the colt before he became a Cavalry mount.
@CynthiaStevens-pk1pb4 ай бұрын
@@africanborn2443 Cool, thanks for that, not up on African states or borders so was pretty much guessing on my part as the British Army fought with the Zulu Army and Cavalry were big in the Army back those days. As for the breeding could be, but they are mostly Irish Draft/warm bloods, for HCav, but anything with horse breeds is possible I suppose.
@battles1463 ай бұрын
@CynthiaStevens-pk1pb The horses are often named after battles or significant places, with each new intake of a year called names that begin with the same letter. On joining the Household Cavalry, a regimental number is stamped on a horse's hooves. Traditionally Irish-bred and purchased from Ireland, either Irish Draught or a cross of Irish Draught and thoroughbred breeding, most horses are purchased when they are three or four years old and are selected by the Riding Master, who is responsible for overseeing their training, preferably choosing horses that are unbroken. research it -

@@africanborn2443 The war began when British forces invaded Zululand, South Africa to settle a territorial dispute and extend British imperial influence - In 1887, Zululand was declared British territory and finally annexed to Natal ten years later: Battle of Isandlwana - On January 22, 1879, 20,000 Zulu warriors launched a surprise attack on the British camp at Isandlwana, killing nearly 800 British soldiers and taking about 1,000 guns. This was one of Britain's biggest defeats in history. Battle of Rorke's Drift - The Battle of Rorke's Drift took place on January 22-23, 1879. A beleaguered British force outnumbered 40 to one survived and killed 20 men for every defender lost. Battle of Ulundi - The war ended with the Battle of Ulundi on July 4, 1879. The capture of Zulu leader King Chetshwayo in August 1879 effectively ended the war in favor of the British. The battlefields of the Anglo-Zulu War are popular tourist attractions in northern KwaZulu-Natal.

Maybe the connection is something to do with what Rhodesia( after Cecil John Rhodes) was called before because of the Zambezi river. A former Brittish Colony. I think it was called southern Zambezia. Now it is zimbabwe. I stand to be corrected.

I would not want that guard guarding my house. Very unobservant. How two people could walk through the box without the trouper noticing is unbelievable!
@Nickyd85394 ай бұрын
And he is not the only sleepy guard. there are quite a few of them that should not be in uniform. So far since the don't touch signs went up, only three guards have obeyed the rule. and also only three cops. These people in charge should also be replaced if they can't the guards and cops to do their jobs.
