unedited 30 minute roughcut of the second EVER London Elek Live show, performed at the Jazz Cafe, London. We start with an improvisation based on Fast Soul Music, and take it from there. On Stage: Liane Carroll, The Jungle Drummer, Landslide, Stamina MC, me (Tony Colman) and Andy Waterworth.

We really need more of the raw materials from back in the day! Before they disappear forever :( Jungle and Stamina freestyle was something out of earth. The soul vibes from 9:00 are a thing of the past :( Nowadays you would consider it kinda of triphop I guess, and a great one. Liane's voice is simply soothing while being super excentric and emotional. She is an alien what she does with it. 12:40 Stamina frestyla again on point, and Jungle with the drums... just perfection, I want to go back in time and be there. Also it had kinda Skalpel feeling which i s kinda even better for me since I love that duo 16:10 I just love Liane. 17:20 fuck it im raving in my room 20:00 guys I need help, im cracking my ceiling 23:10 welp sunday will be spent on fixing the hole in ceiling i made 25:00 stamina sent my house into orbit and back, i have no idea what he said lol 36:00 oof that crowd didn't know who Jungle is lol, I hope or they were dickheads. Then Stamina thrown Liane off the rhythm lol 40:50 Liane taking over MCs :D im just grining that was so awesome she is lovely, knows how to fucking hype the crowd and cut :( i want more! Definitely downloading this one into my private archive, this might top the live at scala for me. It has kinda of more "live" feeling than just doing everything perfectly as you did pretty soon after. I guess my jazz head nostalgia is sounding it's bells. or I am that big of a fan of yours that I'd more than love to have every live performance audio you ever did in my collection.

Agree man!!!old school is the best.have seen dj fu and jungle drummer,with Stamina.and London elektristy big band live at pohoda festival.Big band play 2 or 3 songs more,just because the crowd love them so much.i would never forget that energy!!!!they even released dvd from that concert!!!they choose that show,in Slovakia.they could choose any other show from that tour,but they realised show from Pohoda festival!!! :)and dj Fu with jungle drummer and Stamina,was just massive!!!proppa stuff and so energetic whole time!!!!and Prodigy ofcourse,brutal!!!

in early 2000s u showed me that drum can also be live. opened my eyes) great concert, one of the best i've heard ever

Man Liane has such an fantastic voice. Not many out there who. An deliver just as good as a recording live.

I have never had the chance to see London Elektricity live and I probably never have the chance to. However if this video is as close as I can get to seeing LE live I’m fine with that. What a great recording! And give a good game pat on the ass and buy a beer 🍺 to whoever’s idea it was to record this set! Thank god they did!
