Hmmm.. I’m not so sure… while Drew has a great eye for interior design, most of the things he designed or decorated will be going with him when he leaves.., he did very little permanent changes… my favorite room is Marie’s bedroom… but as he said the wall treatment (peel and stick trim) can be pulled off and taken with him.. I like the navy built in shelves in the dining room… but I dislike the lemon wallpaper… it can be easily pulled off…. The overall space is pretty and I like it… but Drew has not added value or increased the house value… most of what he did to the structure itself was paint…. Most landlords are fine with you painting as long as you repaint before you move out… I’m sure the landlord is pleased that Drew removed all of those attached mirrored walls… so yes, even with all of the furniture gone, the space will still look nice….

The board and batten is so nice, and that I’m guessing will stay. Maybe the dining room “hutch” nook will stay too. But honestly that apartment is lovely, with the arches and all the beautiful windows. I’m definitely putting a curtain over my rather ugly shower.

My aunt and uncle had a 1920's home on the east coast. There was a small room adjacent to the dining room. It was a sun room. The sunroom gave privacy and extra space for people to visit, since the layout was similar to yours (a living room adjacent to a dining room). They turned it into their "TV Room". The room had a couch, a chair, and a TV, and I recall spending many evenings in that room watching "The Jeffersons" back in 1975! The sunroom was also next to a huge wrap around porch. Our neighbor's house across the street also had one. It was a newer and bigger home, though, and the sun room was next to the living room. They turned it into a sitting/TV room.

Drew OK... I'M PACKING MY BAGS NOW. I love, love, love your apartment. I am just honestly amazed with evrything you do. Not only is your home beautiful it's also very large considering you live in LA. I'm originally from west Hollywood and I've never seen a apartment with as much room as you have. I love to decorate and get so many idea's from your videos and am inspired by your work. I do a lot of recreating or at least try to recreate a lot of your projects!😁 Thank you so much for letting us tour your magnificent home. I know you have worked so hard to complete. But I'm sure we'll worth all the time now that your finished. I live in NC but visit California on a pretty regular basis I want a in person tour. It just looks so cozy and like it smells so good. Absolutely beautiful Again LOVE, LOVE,LOVE IT!!

I luv your taste! There's not a single space I dislike in your apt, including the washer-dryer room (there's enough space to play with creativity in there, like with paints). I especially luv what you did with the bathrooms (that eraser stamped wall is SO cute) and the bedrooms (agree with all comments, they should be featured in interior magazines). In short, I'm sold. A new subbie here. Thank you for the apartment tour, it's really inspiring.
