Loneliness

In this video Finn and Sarah discuss loneliness. It is not uncommon to feel loneliness and to try to escape or avoid the feelings. Sarah and Finn discuss ways one can address the Loneliness and they discuss what not to do when experiencing loneliness.

Being alone is not the same as loneliness. Most of what we'd refer to as loneliness is nothing more than a projection that you could experience by yourself or in an auditorium packed with people. Authenticity is what I find to be the best tool for combating these moments, rather than the performances ( hence "that not feeling ourselves" that Finn alluded to.) that you might be able to pull off seemingly connecting with others, yet leave us still feeling isolated!.
