Dark or dark-skinned is not an code word for Black. This suggests the only light skin is white skin, which is pretty dumb and inaccurate.

Darkskin/lightskin is a colorism term that is only used on black people with 2 black parents. Biracials and white people can not be considered lightskin, due to one or both parent being white.
