Hi Chris, I recorded this with 2 Beyerdynamic MC834's directly into a Sound Devices Mix-Pre. They're wonderful, flat, quiet mics that take EQ really well. They're discontinued, but available out there... Here's a link. www.coutant.org/beyer834/
