Lonestar got the first laugh, but John Rich certainly got the last laugh. Considering where Lonestar is now in 2024 and what John has done with Big & Rich and his solo career, firing him was one of the biggest mistakes and stupidest decisions Lonestar ever made, period. This was also the band's last video feature bass guitarist and co-lead vocalist John Rich, before he left Lonestar for a solo career in 1998, and joining Big Kenny to form Big & Rich.

I do not know people in the singing business, but I do know one person that ever came close and that was Chris, which he was part of Lonestar. never trust biographies online, they are not always accurate.
