Wera Kraftform Kompakt 7 Piece Screwdriver Set

In this video we check out Wera's Kraftform Kompact 7 Piece Screwdriver Set. While this is definitely a "cool tool" it does have shades of a novelty gift...is that founded, or is it a solid contender for a multi-bit screwdriver? We have to go with the latter impression...although somewhat gimmicky, this is a solid bit driver, with good quality bits, that simply offers up a really cool presentation. What are your thoughts on this screwdriver? Which multi-bit driver is your favorite?

I just bought my second of these screwdrivers. The first one hasnt worn out or anything, its just so useful. Good for tight spots and it saves me from having a tool bag full of screwdrivers. just have to remember to bring the right bits with. One of the slotted bits broke on my first set, the smallest of the slotted bits, i just ground it flat and it hasnt broken again

I wish they would make a short stubby Wobble Extension for 1/4" and 3/8"...They make them for 1/2".....As they have saved me from tight spots. Just by adding that 1.5" wobble extension.... Why I ended up buy stuff form KoKen... They actually make them...Plus that kickass ball socket adapter..

Still holding up well, albeit with limited use. I took the Wiha to work due to the larger bit selection and it has held up fine too. I should really bring the Wera one to get more use out of it. I still think it is a good glove box option (although it just sits in there).

Gosh, sometimes I feel your videos are more a ramble than driven objectively :[ I usually stay away from multibit drivers that have short lengths because they tend to get in the way when holes are recessed. I have a vessel multibit, thinking about trying their rachets, they're reasonably priced. Wera and Wiha want $$$$ for the same thing.

I try to interject personal stories and humor from time-to-time to make the videos more personable. Rather than just read catalog specs and have b-roll I'll try to give instances of why I bought the tool, where I see it doing well, and any potential downsides etc. The style isn't for everyone, but I feel being genuine vs an unpaid spokesman is the better approach. And fwiw, I have been quite pleaed with everything Vessel I own.

Lifetime guarantee though I've not needed to use that yet mine is 4 years old it gets used every day and I'm a carpenter, very well made and tuff.
