I have that hammock hot tent but did not realize the back story. I am an old geezer now so my son and grandson go to Mammoth California and vehicle camp at a camp ground. Last year I used a tarp and blackbird XL hammock. My only problem was I got up tp go to the bathroom every 2 hours. I would lie there and look at my watch to see the next get up time😒. This year along with my hammock I am going to try a foldable cot since there is room for that. The last advantage for me is by disconnecting my hammock like you suggested there is a place we all can gather when it rains and not everyone in their own tent. What I was hoping to see is how to pack it into its own bag. I either have it too long to fit or too big around to zip up. Maybe a stuff compression sack is the answer for me. Thanks for the videos, I like your long ones for coffee and breakfast.

Once the CCP factories get a hold of a decent design, they produce product in any number of party owned facilities, and give identical products a number of names, knowing that the middleman will set a price for one name, and another name will have a different price and a different marketing angle, so they are expert at using the free market system to their own advantage. Communist governments know that capitalism works, and that market competition is how it works best.

It is a sexy little kettle, but I learned as you have that using a kettle for anything but boiling water is a pain. I've stopped carrying a kettle for that reason and now carry two 25 ounce metal cups sleeved over metal water bottles in side pockets of my Continental ruck. I use them to heat water or food and they are a breeze to clean. Your hammock setup looks really cozy and I'm tempted to give it a go as I'm primarily a hammock camper. Good stuff!

I just have to commit to inflicting my sewing machine to it. Working up the courage to try it. I need some nylon webbing for the corners and tie-outs first so I can practice and see what holds up on some test pieces. Love your setup. It is very close to what I had in mind.

Tent looks large enough to park a snowmobile in. I thought the tarp tent for hammocks was cleaved. But with the stove added to cool. If you let your cutting board dry completely then spray it with Clorox bleach then let it set for 30 minutes. Then reapply if stains aren't gone. Then wash board as normal. I've done this with my boards and coffee cups. Takes them back to white.
