The Bat Bros take on the age-old slowpitch debate - Short Barrel vs Long Barrel? To make this happen, we put the 2020 Miken DC41 Supermax up against the 2020 Worth Mach 1 428 Cobrajet XXL.

-Durability held up through 100 swings with hard Classic-Ms
-Very minimal feedback
-One of those bats where you just flick the barrel and let the full-ounce endload do the work.
-Wood bat "crack" sound

-Starts out with a high-pitched sound, and then evolves into more of a crack at about 75 swings.

COMPRESSION UPDATE: -The Mach1 Orange is holding compression EXTREMELY well - after 100 swings it's still testing at 270 - pretty incredible. -The DC41 is quite a bit lower, but still holding up - testing at 240 after 100 swings.

I purchased the orange mach1 about 2 weeks ago, hit 5 homers in 5 games, the 26oz seems a little light for me should have gone with the 27oz, but the sound and speed off the bat is awesome

After watching this I took a chance and ordered the worth. I have been a religious dc41 fan since 2015 but I wanted to mix it up and try the short barrel. Ok so I just bought the 2020 Miken DC41 Supermax but the USA version (55 and older league). The sweet spot is NOT in the middle. Its a inch or two towards the end. After 100 swings its fully broken in and .... HOOOHAAAA! What a bat. I crushed one dead center for a homer in the playoffs. I mean it was a laser shot. I have to play with it a bit more but so far I really like it.

I have a old purple supercell est for asa/ usa men's slow pitch softball bat it has a big knob and for me i don't know the barrel length and weight but it feels like the end of it is really heavy like 2 ounce end load . But for the knob it is easy for me to rest my pinky finger on it how the knob is shaped and it feels good like my demarini silver Evo ax that is oh my god light like no weight and very whippy and I love both.

I just bought the 2020 Miken DC41 Supermax USA/ASA version. It is a SWEET bat. Sweet spot an inch or two closer to the end. I roped a homer dead center on an outside pitch. I recommend 75 to 100 hits before using in a game to break it in. Once you do ... watch out! This bat is hot. The ball jumps off the barrel. So far I really like it. Better than the Worth Krecher (which I've been using up until now) imo.

How would you compare the Mach 1 to the Red Nautalai(end loaded)?

Pretty similar in function, but the Mach1 is gonna take longer to break-in, but hold its compression waaaay longer and last a looot more swings. The Nautalai will feel stiff out of the wrapper, the break in rapidly and you'll have about 100-200 swings of pure heaven before it blows up.
